Amazing customer service and great prices

Brought in an older Esquire watch for a new battery and was recommended a cleaning. My first time needing a watch cleaned so I said fine. I was told it would be $50 and take 10-14 days. After 2 weeks I called to see if the watch was ready. I was told it was just about to be "sent out". I first asked where was it supposed to go, and secondly what had been going on for the 2 weeks? Apparently it needed to go to Movado for the service and it would now be $70.00. I was never told why it sat in the store for 2 weeks. I was angry but said fine, whatever; I'd already invested 2 weeks there. I called another 10 days later to check on it and was told there was delays and it still wasn't ready. I called another 4 days after that and was told it was finished and I could pick it up the next night. I was frustrated and told the owner my watch had now been gone a month and I was promised 10-14 days, also that the price was $20 higher that I was originally told and that he should honour the first price he told me. He refused to comment on that. I called before arriving the next night (5 pm) and was told it actually hadn't been delivered but it would be FOR SURE delivered that night before 9 pm. This was a Friday night so I wasn't waiting around for them to call me. I ended up picking it up the following day, but it was a different guy at the counter who knew nothing of the hassle I'd had previously with the owner so he could not alter the price for me. Also the $70 charge was only if I paid cash, otherwise there would be tax on top of it. I was never told this by the owner either. Sooooo disappointed in the lack of communication (I always called them they never called me) and terrible customer service. Will never bring my watch there again or go to this shop for any other reason.

Worse service ever! I left my watch to remove a link and I was told that the price was $8, but when I went to pick up my watch the guy overcharged me and said that the service was $ 20, without getting my consent. He should at least call me and let me know about the price. Not worth it. Don't leave you watch to fix there.

Used to be a good place to go, but now only worth going for battery changes. Had a watch sent out for polishing and link removal because they couldn't do it. Took over 1 month as they forgot to remove the links , and had to send it back. When I got the watch back, too many links were removed and they said they cannot add them and it has to be sent out again. I took the watch back and went to another store near by who had no trouble with the links. During this time, they also never followed up when the watch was back in their store,and I had to follow up constantly as the "2-3 day turn around time" became two weeks on both occasions.

Micheal is amazing! He is very kind and very patient. He answers all questions with a lot of knowledge and was able to cut me a key for an interior door lock that no one else was able to cut for me! Great store items, prices and excellent customer service! I will definitely be back soon!

Such a nice guy, he knows what he's doing, fair and good prices, and has a lot of collectibles to choose from.
