Water is questionable

I haven't been able to get water; I put in the coin and it doesn't come out.
I come here and get a 5 gallon container of the best drinking water for $1. Use it to make a pot of coffee or iced tea and you will be coming back for more.
Best deal for filling your camp cooler. 20 lbs cooler or 16lbs bagged for $2. Easy to use, just slide your card and press a button. If cooler selected just wait until the hopper is filled and put the container under it then pull the handle. Instructions are on the hopper.
Good water but I won't be back. 1 out of 3 times it won't register the coins being deposited. I know it's only .25-.50 cents but it's still money lost and current tally is up to $3 dollars. Ive called twice and the owner seems uninterested. So I'm uninterested in doing business with him any longer. FYI cleaning your machine is the least you can do.
Machines would not give me change back after I accidentally loaded it on the wrong side
Have been getting water bottles filled here for years. Water quality is great but the machine is not measuring the water correctly. Filled 2 jugs today , both 5 gallons and they had a significant difference. Neither one was filled to 5 gallons. I know it’s only $1 but skimming the amount I paid for is the same as stealing.
