Would not recommend. Stood at counter for 30 minutes and not one person attempted to assist. Watched as one employee got mad at customer trying to sell for not knowing about gold and silver, obviously her 1st time. He was supposed to assist me, but disappeared after he got upset because lady didn't know as much as he expected her to know. I would imagine their product quality is in alignment with their poor customer service.

Bryan is incredible!!! I had left a NA meeting from a mile and a half away, to turn a resume at Maverik, and was going to turn my change into a coin-star machine at Reasors, but I'm extremely Vitamin D defficient and can't be out in the sun too long. I have to take 5000 IU a day. I just got accepted into Oxford Sober Living House and am doing everything I can to not only be sober, but make a living off of my music career. Long story short; I told Bryan some of my story and that i had a bunch of change i wanted to exchange somewhere, and i completely understood that Tulsa Gold & Silver is NOT A BANK. I just wanted to save time and labor traveling in the heat. He told me "unfortunately not", so i simply asked if he could listen to my music "TATUM ULTIMATUM" on ALL PLATFORMS. He told me that he would. 🙂😃 When i went to leave, I made friends with another gentleman outside, that had overheard my story. He offered to buy my change off of me. When Bryan inside saw me counting my large bag of change outside, he cane out and said to come inside, and that he could do it for me. I had $50 worth of change and was able to do business with Tulsa Gold & Silver. Saved my life!!! Please listen to my music on ALL PLATFORMS and BLESS ME! 🫂🤟🤝🫶👍👌🙏 -Cameron Tate Smith; aka TATUM ULTIMATUM on Google and ALL PLATFORMS!!! Instagram: 128k+ Facebook: 1k+ Youtube: 1k+ Spotify: 8k+

These guys were great, not kidding. An elderly friend of mine had passed away, and there were just a massive of things in this old house that I had to deal with in her estate. Lots of it just what you would think, old stuff. And some of the stuff I took in there they helped appraise obviously and things that I weren’t gonna use that I didn’t really even think anybody would but did have value they gave me an excellent price for it. Even from old currency and coins that had been collected that I found in her attic - they were super knowledgeable and anything that had any value they pointed out and they made me an offer on it. And it was a good offer. I’m not from Oklahoma anymore. I am originally, But these days I live in California, So that was a huge help having to get rid of some of the stuff She had. As we all know, most older adults just start collecting everything And they were a huge help in helping me determine what had value. So I would definitely recommend these guys, especially if you ever find yourself in the same situation. So 5 stars and Two thumbs up in my opinion

Best darn coin shop in Tulsa, hands down. Staff is knowledgeable, prices are fair, and the weekend auctions are a blast. Keep up the great work!

Fabulous customer service. Ron helped me. I was unfamiliar with the process. A friend had recommended the shop to me. I had only been to one other shop like this. The people at this shop were much more personable. Ron weighed and tested my items in front of me, unlike the other shop who took my items off to the back somewhere. As I was waiting, a former colleague walked in and told me about how great the owners were. I felt like they worked with integrity and, big surprise, one of my items brought much more than I expected! I was quite pleased and will be back.

Warning, do not go here if you expect to get a reasonable offer for your items. Unfortunately this place has gone way downhill from what it once was. I have been selling coins and other pieces here for years and always got a fair offer, until recently that is. Today the silver spot price is $93 per ounce and I took in 2 key date Morgan dollars, one being a 1894 o and the other a 1884 s. Now common sense tells you that with the coins being 90 percent silver, that the melt value alone is approximately $78 for each so imagine my surprise when they not only ignored the fact that the coins were key date coins, making them more valuable than the silver content, but didn't even have the decency to offer anywhere close to the melt value which is reserved for plain old silver rounds and bars everywhere else. No they had the audacity to offer 60 dollars for my coins which is not only laughable, but downright insulting. The way I see it is they either no longer have anyone employed that knows even the basics about older coins or they just don't care and their only purpose is to flat out rob their customers. Very dissapointing to say the least. I will never step foot in their establishment again and will instead find a reputable dealer who believes being fair is still the right way to do business. I gave them one star on this review and I would have given zero if it had been an option. It really is that bad now.
