Okay ladies and gents, Penrose is the best Pawn shop I have had the experience of visiting. Doreen and Mike are the best. They are patient and very understanding with you. They understand why you are there to either pawn or sell items. They are very knowledgeable on their craft. The experience I had was the best I have ever had and I have been to a lot of them. Most of them in Texas. If you want a great experience and people that care and helpful. Go here. I’m telling you experience will be great. They also have a lot products to sell at a great prices. Great place! got immediate help and honest opinions. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Had some pretty neat items in house as well. Highly recommend this place if you want to buy and or sell!
Very amazing job! Team work was awesome between all employees with 30 minutes til close and customers piled in and everyone was there for each other and made sure everyone was helped in a timely manner which was quick getting everyone taken care of from cashier to backgrounds. Very impressed!
I went to this pawn shop this afternoon 11/20/2025 to pick up a handgun that I had purchased on line. They did an excellent job with the transfer. They were helpful and professional. There are several products for sale inside the store. I highly recommend checking them out if you are in the area. They have several guitars for sale.
