Their Support team is the least helpful Support team I've ever contacted. They give you incorrect information when it comes to depositing money into your account, and they're stubbornly unhelpful when trying to withdraw and close your account. Don't invest your money here. Seek a Gold ETF instead. Would give 0 stars if an option.

Onegold policy is after 60 day you can transfer your fund to alternative Account so when my 62 days has been completed then i have transfer fund to my Citibank account then also they hold my fund and still withdrawal is not complete
Very bad customer service.I have been trying to reach them for the last 3 days and they take notes but don’t call back. It is a platform where we trust and put lot of money and it is frustrating when we don’t get the answer back.
