I live 30 minutes away from this place, but based on the reviews, decided to make the little drive. I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED! I was met by the most patient and friendly owner who looked at some rings and scrap gold for me. He took the time to explain the difference in karats to me as well as have his sweet daughter look at some loose diamonds I had. Went the first time and found out they give no credit for diamonds but they offered to pop the diamonds out so I could keep them. Just sold gold at this time and running the numbers at home they took about $200 off the top. Second time we took in pieces of sterling silver silverware. The minute he ran the numbers we knew something was WRONG! They offered LESS THAN HALF of what the silver was worth. We left with our silver that day. We took the same silver to the buyers off of NW Expressway and received an offer at the right price. After it was done, we subtracted what this place offered from what we actually got and they would have SCAMMED US OUT OF $900!! I highly recommend the place off of NW Exptessway!
