Went to have a necklace cleaned, and everyone was so very nice and pleasant. I ended up buying a couple of candles and a room spray, it smells fantastic, and that sells associate was nothing but very sweet. Totally recommend this place.

I have been to Naifeh several times now, and the staff are always very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They designed and made a custom diamond bezel necklace, and more recently repaired the setting on a family heirloom ring and did an appraisal for me. All of my experiences have been wonderful and very fair on price. I would recommend them above and beyond BC Clark!
