I've been to this place a few times to sell them silver and they've been giving me a certain price and the price of silver over the last 3 months which was last time I was in there has went up significantly the man offered me less but the reason why my complaint is that he was so pissed off at one of his employees for asking for a scale that he threw a big scale across the floor then proceeded to talk trash to the guy I'd say the owner is a punk

It's a decent little coin shop, prices are on the high side and not a good place to sell bullion or any coins that are valuable unless you want to give them away! Drive to Gold & Silver of Joplin Missouri on Rangeline and see Eric and Kellie! Better prices all the way around! I haven't been to another coin shop since my first time there!

Went there today to see what they would give me for some peace dollars they had young guy at the counter seemed nice but wasn't sure about buying them asked his boss,they weren't in the greatest condition but I believe they were still gradeable ,the boss bluntly said id be wasting my time and they didn't even want them. I was quite shocked on how blunt they were that they didn't even make a offer on the silver value.

Rude people. Called for cost on a silver round for Jewelry making, and the lady who owns the business said she does not give prices on the phone, and then abruptly hung up on me. I literally had a customer standing infront of me while making the call on speaker phone. She lost two customers with her actions! Extremely bad service and I would give you negative stars if I could!!!! This lady is ridiculous acting like silver oz round price is a secret...I can not believe she is in the coin business! I would never do business with such People and will be sure to let others know when asked.

From what I can tell, this place has some of the highest prices if not the highest prices in the state. I’m not saying not to buy stuff from them, I’m just saying to make sure you check around first

I gave Mike money to buy me specific gold- fractional. After 3 1/2 weeks he gave me 1/3 and then the rest about 10 days later- and only because he had to (Dodd/Frank act of 2011) I found out on his Utube video he had been using my money to buy estates and lots of silver, some of which he stated he was putting in his private collection! Bragging about using my money to enrich himself while telling me he was having a hard time finding my (very common) gold. I’ll never do business with him again.
