Folks please check your Silver and gold when you buy from lawton ft sill gold exchange . I bought a coin from them for 40 maybe 50 bucks and and come to find it was fake and had no value . I came in and tried to work something out with them but they couldn't do anything for me . Please people make sure you get what you paid for . Its nothing worse than spending your hard earn money to to a place just to find out that you got ripped off . Please folks check your jewlery first before you decide to make a purchase. I dont want anyone to get ripped off like I did 😔.
I have done business with them for years now. I have bought coins, stamps, jewelry etc. All has been great. I've had multiple pieces commissioned here. Design, gems, and metal. All great detail and care. Customer service has always been top notch. I highly recommend them.
I deleted my review because they made good on my watch. For everyone's info ,this business has changed owners when they moved across the street. These owners are very good people. The old jeweler is gone and the new one is very good. The old jeweler took 90 days to to "fix" my watch and it was still broken. The new one fixed it in four days. I suggest that you give the new oners a second chance. I'm sure you won't be disappointed.
By far the BEST jeweler in Lawton! I took her my great grandmothers dinner ring and asked them to rebuild it into some more modern (the ring was too big and bulky for me) I have attached pictures of before and after! I absolutely love it! The staff is exceptional. They communicated with me throughout the entire process. They designed it, sent me their plan before doing anything to my ring. I won't do business anywhere else!
