Dion helped me out today. He’s very professional very polite. In fact, Kevin and Kenny are also very polite. They don’t mind taking the time to explain things to me. They always work with me and they always have great prices! If you need a loan, they always give a good price for items and a good price for selling items. Me and my husband both use Encore Pawn. Encore Pawn in Bixby OK is the pawn shop that we trust and love. I really love this place! ❤️❤️❤️
One of the cleanest pawnshops I have been to. The variety of items is huge, plants of things for everyone. I like their music section where you are free to be in it unlike other pawnshops where you have to ask for a guitar or other instruments, here you can just play them without the need of assistance. All employees have a welcoming personality and are helpful. They were not pushy or hovering over me while I shopped around.
Representatives are always attentive to your needs, but if you're a repeat customer, you lose respect with management quickly. I have done thousands of dollars with this business over the last 6 months. Today's interaction with management (shifted to the end of the line as I am a repeat, they were short on employees and had a massive influx of customers) calls into question my on-going dealings. I will continue to complete my current obligations. But after that, probably not.
