Gold necklaces and bracelets are all fake and not worth the money they are asking. I should have went to a real jewelry store.

I came in one day and pawned some music equipment. I asked one of the clerk guys do they accept MacBooks and he stated yeah. I told him I didn’t have it with me but I gave him the serial number for a quote estimate. Came back with the MacBook and tried to lowball me $400. Then lied to the lady clerk I was working with stating he didn’t say it, and then tried to clean up his response to say I didn’t have it with me so the quote wasn’t definite. Try Facebook market if you want a reasonable profit. You might win some but you really lost one.

Rip offs. Don’t even bother wasting your time coming here. They lowball like it’s the last day on earth.

VERY BAD!!! Drove an hour out called ahead of time said that they would take that 2 A and my electric violin we get there and then they say that they’re not going to take the electric violin or the amps and depending on that for gas do not go to the store!!! If I could give it a zero star review, I would.

I’m writing to you today with a heavy heart. For a long time, your store has been my favorite pawn shop in Ohio, and I’ve always been a happy and loyal customer. That is why my experience earlier today was so surprising and deeply disheartening. My concern is compounded by a separate issue from a very recent visit. On that occasion, I purchased what your store guaranteed was an Xbox headset, which was presented in a closed box inside a glass container. When I opened it at home, I discovered it contained a PlayStation headset. While I returned the item, I was never compensated for my wasted time and travel for what was a clear error on your part. Despite this frustrating experience and what I consider an unethical oversight, I valued your business enough to return and give your establishment another chance. With that previous experience in mind, my visit today began when I became interested in a particular item. I noticed it hanging on the wall next to a display case where you normally keep local autographed sports memorabilia. Since the item had no description or information with it, I naturally had a few questions to understand what it was. I was surprised when my simple inquiries were met with a defensive attitude, and the conversation quickly became tense. My only intent was to be an informed customer. What was most unsettling, however, was the reaction of your on-site security guard. During the discussion, he approached me, placed his hand on his firearm, and asked me to leave. I hope you can understand how shocking and intimidating this was. To give you some context, I am a disabled veteran and a respected member of the Cleveland community, with recognitions for my community work from local and national leaders. I am also a 4.0 college scholar. I mention this only to assure you that I am an upstanding citizen, and my only goal was to be an informed customer. Given my background, I hope you can see why being treated as a threat was so upsetting. Your staff mentioned that you would review the audio and video from today's incident and give me a call. Since I haven't heard back yet, I wanted to reach out directly in the hope that we could find a resolution. I truly believe this may have been a series of unfortunate misunderstandings, and I am confident that if you review the security footage, you will see the interaction from my perspective. I have always valued being a customer at your store and would welcome the opportunity to speak with you about this. I hope we can clear the air and discuss how to ensure all of your customers feel safe and respected in the future. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Ohio Revised Code Β§ 2903.21 (Aggravated Menacing): This law states that "No person shall knowingly cause another to believe that the offender will cause serious physical harm to the person or property of the other person."
