These guys are decent and trustworthy. On two separate occasions they could have taken a very important family heirloom due to my own fault of being a couple of days late and both times they allowed me to continue paying instead of collecting and selling it. My fiancé and I went here to look for a pair of gold hoop ear rings. The customer service was impeccable. They were very knowledgeable and were able to direct us to exactly what she was looking for. The prices were great and while she was searching for the jewelry I was able to make small talk with the manager about the store since this was our first experience at a pawn shop of any kind. He was very nice and made me feel like a valued customer. Needless to say I would recommend Toledo Gold Exchange to anyone and will definitely be purchasing from them again.
Excellent experience. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Very patient with me and everything I brought to sell. They were thorough and honest. I was surprised with their offer. They were nice enough to offer their pawning service rather than selling if any of my pieces were sentimental and I thought about keeping it. Very clean and organized store. Both workers were very courteous and friendly. Both were knowledgeable on what people were bringing in. I had recently moved to the area and was not familiar with where I could sell my unwanted jewelry. I read through the reviews for this place, and it convinced me to give them a shot. If I find anymore items while unpacking, I will definitely use them again. I highly recommend this company.
