Hi! I attempted to purchase a coin. Order was accepted and processing. Received email from company that listing had inadvertently been posted when coin was no longer available. I called and spoke to Danielle who was very professional and offered an alternate coin. I opted for a refund which was processed immediately. I will look for another opportunity to buy from Executive Coin.
Very decent selection but premiums are very high compared to the places I normally go (I live an hour away). The guy who helped me I believe must’ve been new because anything I asked a price on, he had to go ask, including 90% coins and common silver bars. I did buy a few ounces of silver and a war nickel/cent set. All in all very nice place but if you’re stacking silver at the best price, you’ll probably want to shop around
I have never been to a coin shop before, but I was so taken back when a woman who worked there took one of my items that had never been opened and was sealed and proceeded to take a box cutter and open it until I had to tell her please do not do that. This was a gift and I understand she needed to probably weigh it. However, she should’ve asked my permission as to keep the integrity of the item intact in case I wanted to keep it. She seemed to be in a hurry and made me very uncomfortable with the handling of my items.
I bought a 1936 Proof 66 Buffalo Nickel that I have been trying to find a nice one to buy for months. I finally found the coin I was looking for on Executive Coin Company’s website and couldn’t be happier with my purchase! I emailed back and forth with Danielle and was even able to negotiate a discount vs their asking price. She was very responsive and I would highly recommend buying coins from them! Thank you!
This is a fun shop to browse, and they buy my silver at fair prices too. They have such a wide variety of items on display inside the shop and online. Sam is very knowledgeable. He's been doing this for a long time. I remember seeing him a lot at Hartville Coin when I was a kid 30 years ago.
