Provided a rate over the phone, best in the area, I called about 6 places. Easily sold several coins for a great price.

Came with my kids who are coin collecting novices. Honestly we were just planning on browsing but the guys were so nice and generously shared some cool international coins with my daughters that I went ahead and impulse bought this really interesting die-cut Kennedy half dollar to add to my kid’s collection. There was no pressure at all to buy which I really appreciated. Just guys enjoying and sharing their hobby.

Called for price quotes on gold bars 22 G asking what they were paying... they said 94% and I told them no no these were premium bars in assay... their response good luck... 1 hour later had them sold for 96%... don't just settle if you have premium stuff don't let them rip you off... in response to your reply gold could have went up to 6000 in that same period to where the profit would have been even greater for you and greater loss for me... you are going to sell that spot plus a premium regardless... I understand you want to make a profit but not at the expense of lowballing unsuspecting customers

INTEGRITY. I just had an incredible experience at this place, INCREDIBLE. I sold some old jewelry, agreeing on price, and left with payment. Within 30 minutes they called to inform me that they underpaid me, asking me to return. I’m really not knowledgeable in how any of this works as I had never done this before. The underpayment was SUBSTANTIAL.. Had they kept the money, I would have never known. Very honest and professional guys here.

Went here with my husbands coin collection and had the best experience. They went through everything and paid me extremely fair. Rick, the owner even found 10 thousand dollars worth of gold coins that I didn’t even know were in the collection. Super honest business! Extremely happy and helpful place to do business! It’s the only place that I’ll trust with our coin collection!

I can’t explain how unbelievably terrible my experience was at this shop. Walked in with my 9 yr daughter who had $100 or so. We talked about silver for a while. I am newer to stacking but found them online. I told them I was looking for silver and the answer was “so is everyone else.” While I do understand, I was planning to purchase 30+ oz if possible. Around $2,500 to spend. Also planing on 3-5 oz weekly. I said she was looking for a 1oz coin and also asked if they had 10 oz bars. He said “we normally sell to people we do regular business with weekly.” Again I understand. I’m looking to establish a weekly buy. I will never step foot in this place again. I will be driving to SilverTown or stopping daily at Costco. I’ll pay a premium someplace else to be treated as a valued customer!
