Hours of operation say 10 to 4 on Saturdays. Here it is 1020 have to go to a different location because nobody wants to show up here. Terrible business structure, and a waste of time

Horrible...don't take your gold there to sell! They advertise the highest price paid for gold but they were trying to rip me off. I took it to Old Milford Coin Shop, about 3 miles away or so, and got a lot more money for my gold ring!
I don't understand all the reviews saying they are rude, they always are very nice to me when I come in and I get greeted when I walk in. They are very generous with the prices on the items I bring in on pawn. I will never use Facet Pawn again over these guys, thanks Pop's and James for all your help and kindness.

Son was not really that nice to me. Kinda acted like it was a bother to help me. I spent $1600 there on jewelry and what's even worse. I pawned a ring the son sold me for $650 and he would only give me $150 for it 2 months later. (Hit a rough patch) WTH. I have to go buy my rings back before I lose out on $400. The old man is nice though. I have been in there a few times.
Had a previous gen iPad I was looking to sell after upgrading. The budget jake paul just looked up from his desk with a dirty look on his face and yelled "we don't take laptops!" Without ever really seeing what i had in my hands. Could probably find a nice VCR or something at this junk yard. Don't try to sell them desirable products though!
