I have been going there for the past 4 to 5 years and Howard that owns the place I sat down and talked with him, and we have fun together talking over our buoyants in our coins. It makes the experience more fun and it makes it more of a hobby. An expensive hobby, but is a really good person, and we'll take care of you. He doesn't beat around the Bush, he'd tell ya. Jack, what's the coin's worth?And if you don't want to sell it tone, it is no problem, just put it back in your box noise.Great price , though , that's the only place I go to thank you.

Just moved to the area and was looking for a good gold and silver shop. I called this place and a lady answered the phone. I was looking to purchase some Candian maple leaf gold coins and asked for a price. She gave me a price and i said i would be in tommorow to purchase the coin but first i have a few questions. . I then asked if she could test the Gold coin for me so i can see its real. she then said "we dont do that here". I then said, you guys dont test your gold to make sure its real? she then said, yes we do but only if theres a reason to test it and if i think its fake. She then said " i know the one im seeling you is real. I said " i understand that but i dont know you, im new to your shop and if you could test it infornt of me that would be great. my old coin dealer had no problem testing it infront of me to ease my worries, then after i got to know him i trust him now. she then said she dont im care not testing it for you with and was very rude. I said fine, ill go somewhere else. Dont go to this place. a dealer should have no problem testing the Gold expecially when you spending alot of money and your new to their shop. i litterally called another Coin and gold dealer in the area and he said sure, no problem.come on in and ill test whatever you buy.

Angela was so helpful, came in with little understanding I feel like they took the time to explain in detail and help me make the right choice that best fit my situation. Thank you for all the help. We will be doing business in the future. Thanks again, 😊

You have to have an appointment. They did talk to me on the phone and they weren't even interested in looking at the coins that I wanted appraised. So, whatever...

Thank you, Robert Wilson, for your honest and true opinion and I'm very sorry for your experience! Because of your "long review and argumentative stance", I will be taking my Business elsewhere, also. Not just because of your review but also, because of their "Response", to your review. However, I do totally 100% agree with you about when it comes to buying and selling metals and stones. If the buyer wants the seller prove to them that it's exactly what they say it is, then why not? And if they can't or won't provide authenticity, upon your request, than absolutely you should take your business somewhere else!! I wouldn't just go by somebody's word without getting to know them first and knowing if I can trust them or not. Just because they think by eyeballing it, that is legit. What if they didn't test it, when they bought it and then turned around and sold it and then found out it was a fake. I am positive that's been done more than we could imagine.
