I took in a 1925 Philadelphia buffalo nickel and was offered 15 cents. Thats robbery. Very dishonest staff.

I agree with several other poor reviews given on the older red haired women. She had undoubtedly cost crossroad coins thousands of dollars in buisness because of her very rude attitude. She displayed this attitude once again back on November 19th. Not sure why she continues to deal with the public with such an hateful attitude.

I no longer like this place; it's no more than a glorified pawn shop that preys on people's misery. They offer AT MOST spot price for some coins, others they offer less than spot. Avoid this place. Oh, and the unfriendly red headed lady still works here. --- previous review--- I like this place, the only downer is the unfriendly red-headed lady who scowls at you everytime you're there. Last time she also barked at her coworker in front of my wife and I, embarrassing and unprofessional.

I had over $1200 to spend so i was treated pretty good , I think the game plan was to just sell alot of silver and I was definitely buying - i had a young kid who didn't seem too knowledgeable but we all have to learn - he sold me a $130 coin ( I found out later ) for $30 so I was happy. Silver is very close to spot so I think sellers are complaining but these guys sold me below spot on Morgan's which I think is the gameplan - buy close to spot SELL close to spot - i was happy . I did not see any mean redhead. 🀣

This is a big coin shop! They deal with anything related to collecting gold silver and they also have old baseball cards if thats your thing. The people are very friendly and very knowledgeable about metal! Goldbacks to silver they have it all. This is a great place to go to buy metals.

My first time going here. Troy greeted us promptly and was very friendly. We had some old silver coins we were selling. Troy was amazing with the knowledge of each coins. I had done some research on how much all the silver coins would yield. Troy discussed all the coins and gave us a price that was above my expectations. I highly recommend Crossroads for your silver needs.
