I agree with several other poor reviews given on the older red haired women. She had undoubtedly cost crossroad coins thousands of dollars in buisness because of her very rude attitude. I no longer like this place; it's no more than a glorified pawn shop that preys on people's misery. They offer AT MOST spot price for some coins, others they offer less than spot. Avoid this place. Oh, and the unfriendly red headed lady still works here. --- previous review--- I like this place, the only downer is the unfriendly red-headed lady who scowls at you everytime you're there. I had over $1200 to spend so i was treated pretty good , I think the game plan was to just sell alot of silver and I was definitely buying - i had a young kid who didn't seem too knowledgeable but we all have to learn - he sold me a $130 coin ( I found out later ) for $30 so I was happy. Silver is very close to spot so I think sellers are complaining but these guys sold me below spot on Morgan's which I think is the gameplan - buy close to spot SELL close to spot - i was happy . This is a big coin shop! They deal with anything related to collecting gold silver and they also have old baseball cards if thats your thing.
