I recently stopped into this shop, interested in selling silver coins. Without looking at a single coin, the guy running the place asked me how much I wanted - more than once. I am no expert, so I said I want what they're worth, and mistakenly mentioned I'd been to another shop who'd given me an appraisal. He looked through a few coins and told me to "feel good" about selling at the first place and to go back there. Essentially I wasn't worth his time. I went to Queen City Rare Coin in Blue Ash, and was treated seriously and fairy - and got 20% more than the first appraisal.

I had a few interactions (phone and in person) with John over the past 2 days. Each interaction was professional and personable. He taught me several things about the items I was bringing in to sell. We believe that he offered us a very fair price. I would definitely do business with him again.
