Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Gave me a great deal on my silver. Will deal with them again. Thanks a bunch!— David Toth, Jan 2026
Misty is amazing! I have been here 2 times with my daughter. Both times Misty has been here. She has a smile on her face and is very helpful. Hands down a keeper!!!— Jessica Palermo, Oct 2025
Great place to buy or sell precious metals. They pay the highest dollar in the area so far that I've found. Very friendly staff as well.— Ian Clark, Feb 2026
Misty has always been so helpful, I’ve been in a handful of times and each time it has been very easy and smooth. Very knowledgeable on what everything I’ve brought in is worth, I will definitely keep coming back! Thank you Misty for always being so nice and helpful!— Kelsey Fisher, Oct 2025
I was in Chagrin Falls for Thanksgiving. Stopped by to check out Chagrin Falls Gold and Coins…(and maybe escape the family for an hour). The shop is small, but has a good selection of dates and mint marks in the display case…some of the tougher-to-find coins in the various 1-cent to $ series’. If you are a collector who likes to search through buckets of coins, I didn’t see those available. Regarding prices…they price straight from the grey sheet…not a lot of flexibility unless you bundle up a lot of 8-10+ coins. The coins I chose were priced fair, but not a ‘deal’. I’ll be back to visit this shop when I am in town again.— Douglas Moses, Nov 2025
