He was cheerful, straight to the point, and answered all of my questions and concerns immediately. When I went in person to pick up my packages, the process was quick, easy, and professionally handled from start to finish. I’ve done many FFL transfers over the years, and this was hands down the best experience I’ve had. What really surprised me was the pricing. What Vinny charges compared to about 80% of other shops is insane. It was literally a third of the price of some of the bigger stores, yet the professionalism and knowledge never took a back seat.
