The lie don't tell you the truth about your gold. Give you scraps worth nothing for what you sold and lie when you want to cancel the transaction. Always get a second and third opinion before you see these people. Sellers remorse

The older gentleman at this establishment tried to offer me 30$ for a coin I have (didn’t even look at it, just tested it). I took it not even a mile up the street to another coin collector. They immediately serviced me. Actually looked at the coin, weighed and tested the coins composition. Searched the coin on several different coin authentication and appraisal sites to give me more information (showed me what it was truly worth 700-3000$) as well as printed out what they found. The two gentleman were respectful though, even if it looked forced.

Went there this morning sold some silver bought some gold. The guy was very knowledgeable, I was in and out no muss, no fus. The whole visit couldn't have been 15 minutes a very satisfied Top rating and I never give a top rating

Just called to sell some silver bullion. Older guy answered the phone. He was rude and kept talking over me. I finally asked him the price he pays for silver. In a very disrespectful manor he says he won't give me that price over the phone. This cause me to look at his reviews. They are terrible except a single five star review who stated they bought a great coat there. Problem is he doesn't sell coats. I reported the reviews as erroneous. The outside of the building looks nice however.
