Called asking about the value of some coins. The first two I knew pretty much weren't worth very much if anything . The guy who answered the phone was extremely rude and short with me. If he would have been patient. He would have known that I have A bunch of ms69 and ms 70 ase coins as well as fifty graded, morgan silver dollars and 15 graded gold coins i was looking to sell or trade. Looks like I will be taking my business elsewhere. Based on my experience, I suggest everyone else does so also.

Honest. Fair. Simple. Sold my sterling silver flatware. I know very little about the market for silver, other than there was some "melt value" for my unused utensils. I weighed my pieces, looked up the current silver spot rate and read that the price dealers pay is typically 80% of the spot rate. I can do the math. After calling a couple of places and was quoted 50% to 62% of spot rate, I called ACC. I gave them my weight, after a few questions and calculations I got an estimate that was very close to what my limited understanding came to. So, I went to the shop to close a deal. The owner remembered our conversation. He weighed my pieces within a fraction of an ounce of what my weighing showed. I was expecting a variety of "yeah, buts..." before getting a price. Nope. The price I was quoted over the phone was what I was paid. Could not be more pleased with how honest, fair and simple the whole process was. I have zero reservations recommending ACC.
