The best part is that if you want something truly custom they can actually make it for you!! Oh, and good luck finding better prices anywhere in NY! Ask for Billy - he knows everything about jewlery/watches/etc!

I've been searching for a trusted, local jewelry store for a few jewelry repairs. I saw Westchester Jewelry was close and popped in one day right after the holidays. I've been back several times since then! Their team has been wonderful to work with. They repaired a necklace that had a broken clasp. They remade a piece of gold-plated jewelry I loved that was a sentimental gift into a new solid gold piece that looks just like the original. They bought a pair of gold hoops I haven't worn since high school and gave me a fair price. I really appreciate their care, attentiveness, integrity, and craftsmanship. I brought them a ring reset to see if it could be done because the stone I had was soft. They relayed that the materials I had were too difficult to work with and unfortunately they wouldn't be able to do the reset I wanted. I appreciated that honesty to ensure any investment I'm making is worthwhile. All that to say, they've gained a customer in me and my husband for life!

I had lost my wedding band center diamond, and they replaced it, I have my beautiful ring back! The staff was professional and it was a stress free process. I will definitely continue using them and highly recommend them!

I brought some jewelry in to be fixed on New Year’s Eve day and from the minute I walked in I was treated with great service. Kathryn texted me with a price for replacing a stone e and then said it would all be ready that same day at 5:30PM. I was surprised it was ready that same day but unfortunately was not able to pick it up. I did pick it up that Saturday and again from the minute I walked in that day I was treated with great service. I was very happy with their service. Also, while I waited I did peek at some jewelry pieces. They have some beautiful pieces.

Westchester Jewelry is the absolute best ! Billy and his staff are phenomenal! All my jewelry is from here. They recently had a custom pendant made for me with my deceased father’s finger print and I am in love with it! My engagement ring is also gorgeous and couldn’t ask for anything better. Me and my husband will always go back to Westchester Jewelry!! Highly recommend!

I left my engagement ring in with them, to change the setting. I was never happy with it. I picked it up today. It was exactly what I asked for. It's geourgeous. I am so happy with my ring now. I also got top dollar for the old gold jewelry I brought into them. I got a battery for my husbands watch & a new wrist band for his other watch while I was there. Alanea was terrific. She is now working on a price for my new pendant, from a diamond, I had over from my old ring setting. I love this jeweler. The service is great, even if you only call in for a watch battery. I walked in to get an appraisal. Unfortunately the gentleman who does the appraisal was not in that day. Luckily Beth took some time to help me and sent a picture of my bracelet to the gentleman and he called her back after a few minutes she was able to at least give a rough appraisal which I was very grateful. This is a family run business on McClean Ave in Yonkers. The sales people are extremely friendly and patient with each customer that walks. Definitely a great find for me for future purchases and repairs. Highly recommend

This has been my jeweler for 8+ years. I’ve had custom made pieces to my specifications, outstanding work. I moved to Chesterfield,VA and wanted a 14kt solid gold Medical Alert Bracelet. I called my jeweler and they remembered me, I asked if they could make me one and engrave my information on it. YES! My bracelet is stunningly gorgeous and everything I wanted. This was done through calls and texts. I trust them completely. I will only use Westchester Jewelry!!!!!!
