I’ve been looking for a Oro Monaco Cuban for a while with no luck but I found one from West Ridge and Joe helped me out find the exact one I wanted. They were really polite and easy to work with.

Absolutely the most scummy scammer excuse of a “gold and silver exchange” I’ve ever personally encountered in my entire existence. Went to exchange a fair bit of .925 and .999 silver bullion and jewelry. Weighs it out and gives me a total of 33.3 grams of silver shot (small beads of pure silver from melting and cooling silver) and 63.7 grams of silver jewelry. The price of 925 per gram today was $1.55… turns around from his scale and goes “I can do $48”. 97 grams of pure silver at price would be $150 and some change. I don’t mind accepting under the exact exchange price within reason so in case silver prices drop they can make a profit but to offer me over $100 less than it’s worth is completely unfair and pathetic to imagine how many times other people have been totally screwed over by this type of thievery. I said to him “silver is worth a whole lot more than that” and his reasoning was, “we’re not a refinery, all of our silver in here is really cheap” as if I’m to believe that precious metal prices don’t matter within their walls. If you don’t care about getting even remotely close to what your stuff is worth, then this is the place for you. Be wary and don’t let them take advantage of you or your lack of knowledge about your items you’re looking to sell.
