I volunteer for a store that supports our local animal shelter and we have some jewelry donations that came in and I wasn't sure if they were worth much so I brought them to the Gold silver and diamond store. The gentleman (sorry I don't remember his name) took time out to go through all of the pieces I brought in- he let me know which ones were costume jewelry and which ones were gold and silver- he ended up writing a nice check for the pieces that were gold and silver - he also advised me on a couple pieces that he did not choose to purchase as to how much we should list them for to sell at the store. I will definitely be taking some of the jewelry we receive as donations to them as the money paid for them is considered a cash donation to the shelter!
