I stopped into Gold Exchange to find some fine estate jewelry after researching the establishment online. The gentleman working, who I assume is one of the owners, was attentive and helpful. Many customers came in while I was there and all of them seemed to have a good relationship with the owner which was nice to see. There was not a large selection of fine jewelry but I did find several items I was interested in. The tagged prices were not in-line with what you can buy the items for today online but it didn't matter much because the owner was more interested in me making reasonable offer. This resulted in me purchasing two of the 4 items I liked and I left extremely pleased with my experience with the owner, the price I paid, and what I purchased. Looking forward to stopping in periodically to see what other jewelry items they have!

My first experience there was amazing! Met with Susie. Sold some designer wallets and also some gold jewelry to her husband Tommy and Rich. Both gentlemen were fantastic as well. I felt I was given a very fair and honest deal! Better than some other places. Tommy was beyond helpful, at the end he gave me boxes to put the jewelry I didn't sell into them to avoid tangling.
