Offered me only $2,800 for a 1 oz Krugerrand when gold spot was over $3,400, even though over the phone I was told they would pay close to market but come in so they can review the condition. When there I was told that he'd need to smelt for the best price, to justify the lowball price. Would not recommend. Research what you have before coming here.
