I went there on a Saturday and the office was closed. I called the number on the door and explained I was really strapped for money and honestly couldn't wait until Monday. He showed up within fifteen minutes and I was SHOCKED at the amount of money I got for my gold exchange. I'm very grateful for his compassion with my situation and his willingness to come help me at the drop of a dime when the office was closed for the day.
