It took me 3 calls to speak to someone. Once I speak to a rep they told me to send an email. Waited another 2 week no response. I went to the office spoke to somebody through a glass door. Explain the situation. They told me to go online. Smh

DO NOT BUY!!!!! This "mint" makes counterfeit coins.i bought a set of 20 1930's 24k gold wheat pennies. Every coin collector knows that wheat pennies are made of bronze, and every coin collector knows that both bronze and gold are not magnetic. All of the pennies are magnetic, and counterfeit. I reported them to the U.S secret service.
I ordered 2014 JFK half dollar coins as a present for my grandson who was born in 2014. Christmas present was ruined because they sent 2021 coins.Customer service informed me that they do not have 2014 coins any more . I will never shop with them.

I have been buying from Merrick Mint for many years. All the coins are 100% genuine. I only buy from them and I like all their product offerings. They make coin collecting fun. I actually bought some Buffalo Gold Plated Nickels from the 1930's....for the price they are the best condition Nickels I ever got...full head dress, etc. I also bought of a Lot of 1930's, 1940's and 19405's 24k gold plated wheat pennies. I had them tested are they are 100% genuine Pennies. I was reading another here and I have to laugh. Everyone knows 24K Gold Plating contains small amounts of alternate metals and may still respond to magnetic pull. Keep up the good work Merrick Mint. Cant wait to see the new 2020 Offerings.
Love all your colorized $2 Bills. I collect them all. I own about 60 different and everyone who comes over my house, they absolutely love your bills over anything else I have in my collection. They are very impressive and high quality. I did have 1 issue with an order you sent me, but your customer service corrected immediately. Nice to deal with a company who stands by what they sell. Can you please tell me when the next Chinese New Year bills will be out?
