I recently took very old coins to Marc at HV Numismatics to determine their value. Marc tested the late 1700 and early 1800 silver dollar coins and confirmed his initial thoughts. The coins were indeed counterfeit. While the news of the value ($0.00) was disappointing, Marc was a pleasure to work with. I will be back when I'm ready to sell my gold coins.
