goldsilver.com: This will be long to explain myself here in how upset they made me a few months ago! I was trying hard to, of course, better my life and bought from them, but then I noticed some things: one being as I checked they did not have a strong Trustpilot rating (4.2.or 4.3 at the time) and had some complaints and then when I thought more about it, I realized on their site they did not even give a designation, at all, by the product, of the degree of purity of the metal. That , too, really bothered me. Of all the many sites I have visited, every slap one of them is very specific about the degree of purity and they quote that purity degree right next to the product photo in big lettering; goldsilver.com does not. Then they give you no way to back out of the new order or to cancel. RESULT: After constant emails to them and trying to get the the $134.00 charge to my credit card dropped, they would not. I now understand though that 134 is actually their cost of all they did and have to do, and so it was charged back to me to cover their loss. I see and understand that now. I spent hours going back and forth with them, with several weeks of emails and they made me so mad. I refused to pay, and this destroyed my credit rating from over 900 excellent (which I spent over 30 years trying hard to build my high credit rating) to just FAIR now! 650 or so. Then Capitol One sided with them in a dispute after I spent hours over and over trying to get this fixed and Capitol One lied to me twice, over the phone saying they would send papers to reopen my dispute with goldsilver.com. Capitol One is actually, really the company that destroyed my credit rating, as I can see. And they have an "F' rating with BBB and read this from another company that reviews other companies: "Based on the ratings and reviews, GoldSilver barely passes the standards. Reminder, it is very important to consider a company's ratings and reviews to measure their reputation and their services. With goldsilver.com: Cons: Only offers gold and silver products Ratings and reviews are not impressive" BBB - 1 out of 5 rating Yelp - 1.5 out of 5 rating Just checked again on this and these ratings may be old now and they have improved their Trustpilot score to 4.6 and just double checked the BBB rating and though they are not with BBB, BBB still gives them a "F' score with a few complaints. I do now see there was a purity level in smaller letters down to the left as I scroll more and go to another page, but it should be in large letters on the front page right next to the product and it wasn't and that kind of fooled me and made me think, "why are they not even giving a purity level" and that too made me question them and after seeing some complaints and ratings I wanted to cancel the order. But they seem like a good bunch of guys as I see it now and understand better. I think it's hard to totally understand the complexity of that kind of business and all they must do and the rules they must set, especially as a first time buyer and me not understanding everything. I'm thus changing my rating from 1 to 4 now..

The most horrible withdraw process , with crazy fees , and under the table conditions, . Simply saying its a catastrophe!!!!!!
