5 PLUS STARS!! I talked to the owner ahead of time, so I knew before I went there, the price he was paying for gold and silver! I had a gold chain link necklace and bracelet set, but the necklace was marked 14k, and the bracelet was marked 10k...After he looked at them, he pointed out that the bracelet itself was 14k... The clasp had been replaced with a 10k clasp. He cut the clasp off, and added it to the 14k pile with the necklace! I was SO IMPRESSED with this! He could have easily pocketed a couple hundred bucks, but he was HONEST! I talked to a bunch of other gold buyers in a 150 mile radius, and he was paying more than all of them! He tests, and weighs everything right in front of you! He is very smart, and will answer any questions you have! 👍 It was well worth driving 2 hours away to see this guy! I forgot to mention that I am handicap and use a walker. It was easy to park, and get to his business! I even sat down, on my walker, across from him the whole time! This hallway is very clean so I can't find the Gold & Jewelry office location the first floor or second floor I think probably the first floor office and bought some Jewelry Bracelet for arm and I told him boss to give me 250,000 cash and it's turns color Brown and Yellow Gold on the table surface marks,dents and scuffs framdaily wear inevitable these scratches are cosmetic,not damage to the mental's and often develop into a Patina a soft Sheen over time when I was there 18K gold is softer and scratches more easily than 14K gold as it has higher pure gold content but no scratches are normal surface level and do not cause significant weight loss,although constant polishing to remove them can minor scratches can be buffed out using a Jewelry polishing cloth for deeper scratches,professional polishing is I recommend though only once or twice this year to avoid thinning the metal professional cleaning and polishing typically costs between $20 and $100 Bucks depending on the service If the item is brand new and arrived scratched you should contact the seller immediately for a replacement or repair If you are trying to sell the Jewelry Pawn Shops will still buy scratched or broken pieces based on their metal weight and value I will give you 5 stars for super kind words and Unfortunately my son never wants to buy necklace😃🤑👍🤝💪💵

This guy did me the biggest favor of my life. Last month, when silver was ~$81/oz, he told me on the phone he’d pay $50. I could’ve driven to Jersey and gotten high $70s. A buyer I used to work with literally said: “$78. Come down.” I hesitated. Didn’t have the time. Today silver is $103. He tried to rip me off. Instead, he forced me to wait. And now I’m sitting pretty.

We were looking to sell some basic gold jewelry and called the company based on the reviews. John answered and was so accommodating and friendly. He was willing to meet with us that very afternoon, and we couldn’t have been more pleased and impressed. We met one on one with him at his office location, which was very comfortable and inviting, even if a bit cluttered (which I actually liked, as it’s real, working office with stuff getting done). John was a gentleman and extremely kind and patient. We had his complete attention for nearly 45 minutes as he looked over in detail everything we had, tested it when necessary, separated everything, then weighed it and priced it, all right in front of us. No games or tricks. He explained the entire process, and made it all very straight forward. We actually learned while watching and listening to him. There was no hiding or hedging or faking anything. Straight up and straight forward. In the end, John provided us what we felt was a very fair offer. We were happy to do business with him.
