Never been to this pawnshop but always hear good things about it. On another note, this is how Nathan Loveless must have felt when he wrote his review. Cracks me up every time I read it. Lol!

Great place to complete your FFL transfers. The shop called me when my firearms were ready for pick up. The whole process was quick and painless without any delay. Everyone I interacted with over the phone and in person were pleasant.

This is the best pawn shop! I wish I was closer and could use them more frequently! Everytime I call they are very personable, polite, understanding, & helpful! I trust them and despite the distance would choose them over any other shop around & this is coming from Northern California! Appreciate this business & wish them nothing but good health & wealth

I was referred to Valley Pawn from a Co-worker. Recently I made the decision to get a loan on my Great Grandfather's Waltham Maximus Riverside 12's solid 18k yellow gold 23j with dimond jewling, Blue Spade hands. I could keep going its truly exquisite. Unfortunately it needs a cleaning and currently is not working. The small gentleman with the beard did not even allow me the opportunity to show him my family heirloom. I certainly appreciate his inability to provide exceptional customer service. It's evident something greater than myself did not want me to do buisness with Valley Pawn and I listened. Its essential to be good stewards of your potential customers items and I believe he failed to establish even the slightest level of Integrity or trust as if my property was beneath his perceived level of knowledge or training.

My mother recently passed and I had acquired several watches, most of which were passed down from her mom so taking them to the right place was important. A friend of mine referred me to Valley Pawn to have my new watches repaired and revived. I left my watches with Matt, I believe he is the owner. He spoke clock and watch jibberish and that's when I knew I could trust him. It didn't take long for Matt to have my watches revived, new batteries some polishing, whatever else they needed. Over all I am very grateful for the careful time Matt took on my moms watches and I had just enough time to check out the vacuums while I waited. I recommend Valley Pawn fully 100.
