That lady in this places didn’t even took a look at my gold i was trying to sell n i went here because in there internet site says the they buy gold even silver n jewelry I guess is a lie all that i wish i can give 0 stars they are there for no help crapy place don’t go to this paycheck whatever.
I want to start by saying that I have been a customer of Paycheck Advance for 10 years or more, but that means less than nothing to them. I am working from home and because of my age (73) and the risk of exposure to Covid-19, I do not go out right now. I called to ask if I could pay over the phone and they initially told me no that there was nothing that they could do. Then when i went in to make the payment, she said that wasn’t true. I called and explained my situation the second time, she said that they would work with me NOT to worry about anything I offered to make the payment over the phone. She said they can’t do that, but not to worry. Then one week before my payday, they withdrew the payment which put me in a financial bind. When I called, she kept going around the fact that they broke their word to me. I finally asked point blank why they had lied to me she said that the notes said that I would come in. If I had been able to come in, I wouldn’t have been calling in the first place. They flat out didn’t care about the bind that they put me in, the fact that they LIED to me, or that I was a long time customer. Avoid them if you want to do business with someone who is truthful and cares about their customers.
DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME!!!! THIS PLACE DOESN'T EVEN EXIST ANYMORE!¡!! SOMEONE SHOULD REALLY UPDATE THIS CRAP!!! I WAISTED A QUARTER TANK OF GAS AND ABOUT 45 MINUTES OF MY TIME FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!! SO THX TO WHO EVER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR UPDATING THIS COMPANY'S INFORMATION..
