THESE PEOPLE ESPECIALLY SCOTT ARE EXTREMELY RUDE I HAD SOME STUFF HE WAS POSSIBLY INTERESTED IN AND I EXPLAINED I HAVE TO DRIVE A WAYS A WAY TO GET THEM WHEN HE KNEW I HAD A DRIVE HE KNOWLEDGE IT I TOOK IT AS A HE WAS INTERESTED INSTEAD OF SAYING WE CLOSE IN ONE HOUR SO WHEN I GOT BACK HE STARTED GOING OFF ON ME AND I WAS FRUSTRATED FROM WAISTING MY TIME BUT IN NO WAY SHAPE OR FORM WAS I YELLING OR BEING DISRESPECTFUL I MAINTAINED MY PROFESSIONALISM AND TRIED TO MENTIONED THAT HE SHOULD HAVE WARNED ME ABOUT THE TIME, HE WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO GET A WORD IN HE WOULD NOT LISTEN HE KEPT ACTING LIKE I WAS GOING TO CUT OR HAVE HIM STOP HELPING A CUSTOMER I HAD TO REPEAT MY SELF THAT IM NOT TRYING TO DO ANY OF THAT, HE WAISTED MORE TIME GOING OFF ON ME INSTEAD OF HELPING A CUSTOMER THEN THERE WAS A PRIOR INCIDENT WITH HIS NIECE WHERE I WAS ACCUSED OF BEING RUDE TO HER OVER POSTERS AND GRANT IT I WAS POLITE AND TOLD HER ILL TAKE $350.00 FOR ALL THE POSTERS WHEN THEY ARE VALUED AT $15,000 FOR ALL I WAS DOING IT BECAUSE SCOTT AND HIS BROTHER HAVE ALWAYS TREATED ME GOOD BEFORE THE MAIN INCIDENT WITH SCOTT, HIS BROTHER IS VERY CALM AND IVE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE WITH THEM ITS VERY UPSETTING TO RUN A BUISNESS AND HAVE TO TREAT YOUR REPEAT CUSTOMERS LIKE THEY TREATED ME I ALWAYS COME UP WITH GOOD STUFF TO SELL THEM BUT DEALING WITH SCOTT WHERE HE TALKS AND WONT LET YOU GET A WORD IN THEN TELL ME THAT I WAS IN THE WRONG OR HOW I CONDUCTED MYSELF WHEN CLEARLY ESPECIALLY HIS NIECE WHEN SHE TOLD ME TO BRING THEM BACK AFTER SHE WAISTED 50 MINUTES OF MY TIME INSTEAD OF BEING UPFRONT AND SAYING I DONT SPECIALIZE IN POSTERS I WOULD HAVE BEEN GOOD WITH THAT BUT THANK GOD I DIDNT SELL THEM BECAUSE I MADE $2,500 SO FAR ON 6 POSTERS BUT WHEN YOU WAISTE A PERSONS TIME IS NEVER GOOD AND THEN GOING BACK TO SCOTT WHO CLAIMS HOW I ACTED RIGHT AT 4:03 WHEN I SHOWED UP WITH STUFF HE WAS POSSIBLY INTRESTED IN AND WENT OFF THE WAY HE SID AND SAYING I WAS THE PROBLEM WHEN HE COULD HAVE SAID FROM THE START BRING THEM IN THE NEXT DAY AND THAT TIME WOULD BE CUT SHORT BUT HE DIDNT. SO MY ADVISE IS BECAREFUL BECAUSE OF HOW THEY CAN TREAT YOU AND I UNDERSTAND THEY NEED TO MAKE MONEY BUT THEY WILL TRY TO LOW BALL YOU MOSTLY SCOTT HIS BROTHER IS FAIR BUT I GIVE ONE STAR FOR HOW IM BEING OUT TO LOOK LIKE A MONSTER AND HOW SCOTT IS OVERLY REACTING OVER THE INCIDENTS THAT WAS STARTED BY HIS NIECE AND HIMSELF LIKE I MENTIONED I REACTED BUT I WASN'T CONFRONTATIONAL NOR WAS I CUSSING OR YELLING. IF YOUR GOING TO DO BUISNESS THEN WARN PEOPLE ABOUT TIME DONT WASTE THERE TIME IF YOU DONT SPECIALIZE IN CERTAIN ITEMS AND ADVISE TO COME IN WHEN SOMEONE WHO DOES WILL BE THERE OR ADVISE THAT THE SHOP DOESN'T DEAL WITH CERTAIN ITEMS OR HAVE IT LISTED AND ADVERTISED THAT YOU DO BUT OH WELL ILL BE ON THE LOOK OUT FOR ANOTHER COLLECTOR.

John and his staff were extremely helpful and generous. My 9 year old son has an interest in collecting coins and John and his staff took their time to show and explain the history behind the coins he was looking at. Thanks for treating my son with dignity and respect. He loves your store as we do also. Thank you!

04/23/26 - I had a really great experience at Las Vegas Coin Company. Sara and John were both incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I came in to sell some gold, silver, and collectible coins, and they took the time to explain everything clearly so I felt confident and comfortable with my decisions. What stood out most was how honest and respectful they were, there was no pressure at all, just genuine guidance and fair offers. You can tell they truly care about their customers and take pride in what they do. I’m really grateful for their help and would definitely recommend Las Vegas Coin Company to anyone looking to buy or sell. Thank you again, Sara and John!

This place is the best in Vegas! I was visiting from out of town and had a Chinese gold coin I wanted to sell but didn’t know where to go because I didn’t want to get ripped off. I had a connection who set me up with Scott. I called and talked to Scott who was really nice and easy to talk to. He explained everything to me and had me bring it in to his shop. The staff there were really friendly and after quickly verifying I had a legit gold coin offered me a fair deal, payed me out and I was on my way. If you are a tourist and need a coin dealer for cash. Go here!

Absolutely ridiculous offer on coins. They should just say they are a metals dealer offering below market even for that.

What a beautiful store! Don’t let the name fool you - they have so much more than coins for sale! They have collectibles and memorabilia that I’ve never seen before, and probably won’t see ever again. Also, I love shopping around the gentle trickle of a waterfall - the water feature is so inviting and calm. However, I was there for the coins, and they have an excellent selection at fantastic prices. I picked up a gorgeous graded Ike as a last-minute Christmas gift and was surprised at how affordable and low the price was. The store has an undercurrent of whimsy: from the “underwater-themed” display case holding shipwreck coins and currency to the juxtaposition between 16th century master paintings next to original movie posters; this store is an invitation to please your senses. Also, the staff was warm and welcoming and the store was clean and didn’t feel cluttered even though there are a million different things for sale. I didn’t even have time to look at their jewelry selection because everything else (coins!!) took my attention. Thank you for the wonderful experience; I will return as a loyal customer. -Scott H.

I recently sold one of my long-term assets to Las Vegas Coin Company. They made the highest offer compared to other shops in the same business. I was impressed with the variety of collectibles in the store. I trust them, and will be back.

Recently have stopped into store to sell gold and silver bullion. The staff was respectful and friendly. The buying and selling process for this type of stuff is pretty straight forward. Only once did we not come to an agreement on a gold coin because I believed the coin value was worth more than the melt. I understand they have a business to run, and some big ticket items dont sell quickly. It was still a respectful negotiation. If you do agree on a price they pay you and you are on your way. One time I received a check, and one time I received cash. If cash or check is important to you than make sure to ask how you will be paid. While I was there I noticed they do buy and sell all kinds of collectibles. Imagine a fancy pawn shop. I would definitely be back in the future to buy or sell.

Im bummed I have to do this review but I have to do my reviews based on my experience with a certain business. Long story short I was offered 13.00 per dollar face value HERE for LESS THAN NEIL Buys offered me !! It seems they both have decided to buy and sell like a pawn shop you know Get it as cheap as possible rather than fair market value. COIN SHOPS HAVE ALWAYS been (used to be) fair market value NOT a used car salesman mentality. CALL BEFORE YOU GO AND DEAL WITH WHOEVER GIVES YOU THE MOST. CALL 1ST AND DO NOT SELL WITHOUT 3 OFDERS/QUOTES!! I LOST 130.00 TODAY by not going to Neil Buys. DO NOT SELL TO ANYBODY UNLESS YOU GET THEIR OFFER BEFORE YOU DRIVE THERE!!!!!

John Jankowski is the owner, and is truly a class act and just a genuinely good guy! And the same goes for Dominic, genuinely a good guy and tries to do the right thing to get you the most money. Sarah and Scott are also awesome as well!! I highly recommend this business not only for the people but the way they do business!
