Asked to use their restroom after purchasing my stuff. The guy told me yes and that somebody will meet me in the back to unlock it. There were like 4 other people hanging out upfront just chatting. Waited there for about 10 minutes before just leaving. A couple workers that knew I was waiting for the restroom just walked by without unlocking. Really strange.

This is a must visit in the Arts District! They have a lot of really fun items and the staff are very friendly. You can definitely find a nice souvenir or have a look at some cool things.

While the store offers a cool selection of items, the customer service was absolutely horrible. An older gentleman with glasses (possibly the owner) was incredibly rude and condescending to my wife over a misunderstanding about the price of a plushie for our infant daughter. Despite clearly stating at least five times that we weren't interested in purchasing it because of how rude he was being, he just kept insisting "That's the dealer number, not the price," and refused to let the matter drop—even as our daughter was right there witnessing his unnecessary outburst. He refused to just let it go. How much more clear can I be? "WE ARE NOT PURCHASING IT." What a real tough guy! Also, thanks for the "Have a nice day" while we were walking out the door after you guys were such unnecessarily massive jerks about a simple plushie that was in a basket full of other $5 plushies. I hope you "have a nice day" too!
