I called the store and got ahold of Justin. He was very kind, polite, professional and informative. When I went to the store, I got the same in a personal interaction. He made the transaction seem less and understanding. I didn’t have to ask many questions, he answered them before I had to ask. I appreciate Justin. He’s a very good employee. Everyone here always goes above and beyond to help a customer out. The only down fall is the hours.. I always try to make it before they close, like today, but they closed 10+ minutes before the closing time. Besides that I will continue to pawn and redeem my products as I have been over the years. We were looking for an Emerald ring to celebrate 20 years of marriage. Fruitless searches online and a canceled order from Ebay left me disappointed. I found this ring listed on FB Marketplace and went to Uptown Pawn the next day. I fell in love; it was perfect. I took pictures and worked hard to convince the husband this was the one. I went back today. The Store Owner and Manager Devin worked with me - cash transaction - and we made the sale! It is a beautiful ring, a tremendous value, and their customer service outstanding.
