They really tried to low ball me and say they looked up on eBay and tried to buy watch for $40.00 on eBay it was selling for 150 to 200 he lied to my face do not recommend this spot just go out of town
The posted hours are apparently flexible. I had a shipment sent to them for FFL purposes and UPS could not deliver as they were not open. I called and tried to stop by several times, all to no avail.
The worst bar shop in the whole country very rude people very bad you will never in your life. Go there nasty the man over there. Very very nasty. He lied too much. Don’t trust them. Don’t tell them. Nothing. Don’t waste your money. Don’t try to go there, you’re going to rule your week very bad people. The service is zero very very Sad to see somebody doing business In Santa Fe everything over there is bad. Don’t waste your day. Go somewhere else. and sign. I feel like this.
Great and timely service. I worked with this pawn shop more than once and it’s always been open and answered the phone every time I’ve reached out or visited. I’ve had jewelry appraised here and it was accurate and fair. I’ve also used the FFL service and it was timely and thorough. Thank you.
Terrible customer service! Extremely rude. I took my phone out to take a picture of a gun to go back home to do my own research to make these dudes an educated offer. Some unidentified guy just starts telling me not to be taking photos. I explained to him that I haven't taken a photo and he says " good I'm glad I caught you!" Caught me what??? Taking pictures of a gun that I was potentially going to buy from you!!! Not anymore! Definitely not a good business practice If you're in the business of selling overpriced used firearms! After looking at their stellar three-star rating, it all makes sense. Don't waste your time here.
The worst ever. Went in to look at guitars & they would not let me touch any of them. How can you make a purchasing decision that way? I did business w/the previous owner for over 25 years. I am a 74 year old professional musician & told them they just lost a long time customer. They responded GOOD!!! Don't waste your time w/these unprofessional louts.
