Bought what I thought was a Louis Vuitton purse only to find out it's a counterfeit and no refunds allowed. Very illegal to sell counterfeit items and very shady to refuse a refund when statutory rights say otherwise. This was our first time at this business. We are experienced antique & thrift store shoppers. We were told by 2 different people while we were walking through the store that all the Christmas stuff was 50% off. We bought at least 3 Christmas items, only one was discounted even after telling the staff at the front registers.
