I want to thank Melissa Valley Estate Sales for sending James to help me with my father's estate. He was so professional and helpful on so many questions that I had. He gave me suggestions on how to move forward. Was able to provide me with phone numbers of people that can help me clean up my father's estate. His thoughtfulness and empathy was greatly appreciated. He offered to help with any other questions that I might have. Thanks for making me feel that I can achieve this big task.

Salt and pepper set you claimed were antique/vintage. When I picked them up, I noticed they are new. When I brought this to your attention, you quickly made arrangements to reimburse me for the items. Thank you for being honest and fair with me.

Absolutely love Mesilla Valley Auction, although my wallet may disagree... Been extremely please with all my purchases, item are true to the images and descriptions... But most notably, I would have to say is the staff. They are more than willing to go above and beyond to accommodate any needs or answer questions, moreover continually and consistently show their heartfelt integrity to ensure they make things right for their customers... Love James and his team! Auction items are well described and pick up is super easy, with items packaged securely. They are also very responsive to any email communications. Love my bidding experience BUT I sure do get carried away LOL...thanks for such great service!
