Great service with beautiful rugs and jewelry.

Update September 2024 Here in Santa Fe, NM, for our annual visit to attend the Wine and Chili Fiesta. A separate review of the fiesta will be posted shortly. On our first day here, we had to stop by Malouf on the Plaza, a stunning retail store that’s been there for over 10 years now. It’s a luxury apparel and accessory shop, that, simple put, has an exquisite inventory. Native American jewelry, a wide variety of turquoise, gold and diamond jewelry, leather goods, men’s and women’s clothing, etc. Great quality, and reasonable prices. Without question, one of the best shops on the plaza! Jesse is our go-to sales rep there. She knows her stuff, and is such a pleasure to work with. We didn’t buy anything this time (a first I think), but it was a great visit and so fun to browse while chatting with Jesse. Ask for her if you get a chance to stop by… highly recommend a visit to Malouf on the Plaza! September 2023 Fantastic store, right on the plaza. Wide selection of jewelry, including local artists and Native American works. We bought a “Navaho Bead” necklace, it looks great on my wife! Many varieties of turquoise, all beautiful. High quality! The staff is great as well. We’ll definitely be back!

On our vacation to Santa Fe we were celebrating our anniversary. We wanted a new rug. We had specific colors in mind. We had a specific size. We visited several stores during our visit and went to Malouf on our last day! Thanks to Adriana we found just the right one! And we didn’t have to wait a long time to get it!

I experienced exceptional personal service at Malouf while shopping for a Zapotec 2’x3’ rug to hang behind a piece of pottery. Great selection of rugs priced very reasonably for the quality of weaving. Having not made a solid decision while at the gallery I ended up calling back several days later to buy one I had been thinking about. Again, great service with a pic sent to make sure it was the blanket I was thinking of. When I returned a few days later it was ready to pick up and I was on my way in seconds. Next time I’m in Santa Fe I’ll return to browse more rugs. Thank you, Malouf!
