In my opinion, the main guyis rude. Also we went to an estate sale and they did not check the bags and backpacks they were selling, as I saw one had tube of lipstick and random stuff.l like candy inside. Someone else found money in a wallet. Don't recommend.

Review Title: Disappointed Review: We recently worked with Gold Mine Estate Sales as a seller on the liquidation of an estate and were deeply disappointed by the experience. Despite initially being impressed by their professionalism and friendly demeanor, the sales results, 7% of cost, and overall process did not meet expectations. Several high-value items were significantly overpriced compared to fair market values. For example, a 62-piece Wallace Rose Point Sterling Silver flatware set was appraised at $12,500, while comparable sets typically range between $1,000 and $3,500. Additionally, items such as antique clocks and a reliable safe were misrepresented in their condition, leading to inflated valuations and failed sales. Gold Mine Estate Sales claims to base starting on-line bids on 25% of fair market value (FMV), but this was not reflected in the appraisals or prices set for our items. The majority of the pieces remained unsold due to unreasonable pricing, which directly contradicts their stated policies. We also encountered issues with the condition of items—some were advertised as “Excellent” or “Working” but turned out to be non-functional or missing critical parts. We felt that transparency was lacking, and our concerns were not adequately addressed. We had high hopes for this partnership, but we urge them to improve their valuation practices, be more transparent with customers concerning their commission, and ensure their pricing aligns with fair market values to provide better outcomes for their clients. Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot recommend Gold Mine Estate Sales based on our experience.
