Albuquerque Coins

The person that I worked with was very fast and very helpful. I got a wonderful price for the coin that I sold and overall, it was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend going here.

Absolutely outstanding experience with Albuquerque Coins! The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They took the time to answer all my questions, explained the value of everything clearly, and offered fair pricing without any pressure. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and have a real passion for coins, collectibles, and precious metals. Whether you're a serious collector or just getting started, this is the place to go in Albuquerque. Highly recommend — easily a 5-star business!

I brought some gold coins that i didnt know had more than melt value to peter. One of these was a 10k gold NASA weighing about 20g. Peter told me it wasnt worth more than melt. After selling to him, i researches more and found out the coin is probably worth about 5x as much. Other dealers i have gone to have been honest. This guy knew what i had and didnt give more ibfo, but instead ripped me off for gos own gain. Beware of selling precious metal coins, tokens, or medals to this guy. I get they need to make a profit, but shouldnt rip off people so bad. I wish i would have sent to a legit auction house. Sellers beware and do research before selling to guys like this!

I’m not very knowledgeable about coins but was selling some silver ones. I shopped around at 3 different spots. sandia gold and silver offered $520. premier gold and silver offered $554. Third times a charm, I got offered $645 at Albuquerque Coins. Price seemed fair and I am happy.

The people at this great. They were honest and gave me the best deal in all of Albuquerque. I would give them my business from now on... Thank you

Peter is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. He gave us a fair price for our coins, documented each item, and gave us a check on the spot. We couldn't be happier with the transaction.

Peter is great to work with! I handed him a small box of goods and two canvas bags full of stuff, and then I walked away with a lot of money. I was very pleasantly surprised!

I have been going to Albuquerque Coin for a couple of years on and off. I recently inherited a few coins from my father. I took them to Peter, and he was very fair, patient and kind with me. He took the time to explain to me the value of the coins and why. I will not go anywhere else. Thank you.

This is one of the only shops I go to. Peter is fantastic and knows just about everything. He is very professional and kind. I will always have this place as my favorite. Thanks so much for everything and all the times you have helped me especially when I bring in coins that I think are rare. If it's not too crowded he will take the time to look at your stuff and give you honest feedback.

This was our first experience with selling coins. Both our parents were collectors and we went into Peter’s shop with very little knowledge of what we had. Peter is a gem to work with and we were both more informed about coins when we left the shop. I was pleased with his style of communication. Peter is polite and also direct and clear. At no point did we feel unheard or treated poorly. We recommend Albuquerque Coins wholeheartedly! Thank you Peter!
