First of all, let me say how great & honest the sale staff was. In the process of getting my values on my gold, I mistakenly left a gold bracelet in the plastic bag I bought into the store. After I got my money & started to leave, the staff called me back & told me I still have more money coming. They proceeded to check out the weight on the bracelet & then handed me another $800.00. And I was actually impressed by how much time the employees were taking by going over each item. THEN..the owner walks in and waits on me...he looks at one item and doesn't even bother to look at what else I have. He bought the one diamond ring that he looked at and rushed me out the door. Did the same to the customer behind me. If you want someone to actually look at your treasures...you are better off going somewhere else!
