Absolutely love working with Fadi at Diamond Eagle. He is fair and easy to work with! He also made my nieces engagement ring, and wedding band, which are spectacular!

Checked the hours posted not only on Google but also on the store doors prior to making A plan to come in- showed up Saturday at 3 pm to see no one was there, doors were locked. No notice of unexpected closure. The hours posted say they’re open Saturday 10am-6:30pm. Very unprofessional business.

Was dealing with Benny first door all the way to your right first boutique had him make me a ring that broke multiple times first repair he did with no problem I came back in. It’s only been a year. He told me that I break all my jewelry and that he made three extra rings of the one that I have and lost money on it that had nothing to do with me. I asked him to make me a specific ring, never told him to replicate it to sell to other people also told me someone cut my ring when no one did the first thing I noticed when picking up this ring a year ago was that it was significantly more thin than the Tiffany’s I asked him to replicate. I’m not sure why he made any comment about my Cartier bracelet as I’ve had this for 10+ years and only had to service it once for misalignment. I’m aware jewelry changes over overtime, but I should not be having these problems after a year and it should be none of the jeweler’s business

I purchased a custom engagement ring from Billy (Fortune Jewelers) two years ago. Recently, the ring completely bent out of shape just from normal wear, so I brought it in for repair. The day after picking it up, I noticed two diamond stones were missing. When we called, we were told those missing stones were supposedly the reason the ring failed—yet we were never informed of this, and the stones were never returned to us. Very disappointed with the quality, communication, and handling of a sentimental and expensive piece. They basically stole my diamonds.

Seems to be NO management at this center. I've emailed them several times, left a voicemessage (a month later and no response) and finally filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to see if they respond to that. I had a serious issue with one of their vendors (Elegant Designs Jewelry booth 52) - was given Lab Grown Diamonds valued at only $1,000 when they were purported to be genuine diamonds valued at $7,000. Whatever you do, immediately get anything purchased there appraised by an independent jewelry so you are not in my position - losing $6,000 in the transaction! Plus it seems management doesn't care as they simply don't respond.
