This is a professional, well-run operation. The staff took time to explain how pricing was determined, showed me the spot price they were using (via Kitco), verified silver content by weight and percentage, and answered my questions without pressure. That said, sellers should be aware that the offer I received worked out to about 75% of melt value, far lower than I expected given current silver prices as of 2/6/26 and my understanding of what competitive dealers pay in percentage of spot prices. They held firm, explaining their quote reflected market volatility, their need to build in margin, and account for the time it takes for them to get paid by the refiners. Definitely fair enough. Business is business, as the saying goes. As I noted, they were professional and courteous, but I chose to get a second opinion and received a meaningfully higher offer elsewhere. My takeaway for other sellers: this is a reputable shop, but do your due diligence, understand spot pricing, and don’t hesitate to compare offers before accepting the first one.

Based on the positive reviews I decided to get an estimate for some items I've been holding onto for a while now. Have always been fearful of approaching one of these businesses. Happy to say I felt comfortable in this location. There was no pressure to sell the items I had evaluated. Each item was checked for a read on purity and I was showed every scan while it was being done. Perhaps I could have gone to a different buyer and gotten a different or better estimate but because this was a very positive experience I accepted the offer given; I trust that it was a fair offer.

I had a very rare coin I was looking to sell, although they did not have the expertise in these types of mint error coins, they had the expertise in customer service! These guys gave me a roll of steel Pennie’s on the house! Amazing… I wish they had someone there to appraise and buy my coins because I’d love to do some business with these guys.
