Back in 2010 I started buying silver from Craig. This weekend I found a roll of Bi-Centennial Eisenhower (unmarked) coins that he sold me as silver coins. He took advantage of my lack of knowledge. Called in the morning for the price of silver, was offered almost 10% less when I showed up in person. They tried claiming it was fluctuations in the market and not a lowball offer, but the price of silver had gone up that day and the day before.
