The most helpful team! I stopped by with a new watch to get some links removed, and was planning to replace the battery since the watch had stopped working - but they wisely advised me to review my warranty first, and I’m glad they did! I would have voided it, so instead I’m returning it to the original retailer to get a replacement. Really appreciate their insight and skill, and look forward to being a regular here!

This place is great! They were extremely helpful and actually took links out of my new watch for free because it was easy and they could. Will definitely be going back. They also have a lot of interesting and differentiated pieces for sale.

The only honest jewelery store in north jersey. I've been to Pangea more than a few times. Once in 2025 and 2026. Just to show you guys how honest this jewelry shop is. (Owner and employees) i had a bunch of very nice heavy sterling silver jewelry that I needed to sell but didn't have time to list online. I literally called up jewelry stores all over nj and north jersey specifically. I swear to you, every single one (and im talking the high rates ones too) either "didn't take sterling silver jewelry") or didn't "do estimates over the phone, meaning they want you to trouble yourself to come in and surprise you with pennies to the dollar offers. Or just were rude and hung up. Then I called Pangea, absolutely highest level of kindness and professionalism. They gave me a quote on the phone. I drove in from Fort lee all the way to ridgewood. And they paid me after checking the weights and acid testing. In cash. Best experience I've ever had from a jewelery/coin shop , in my life The only honest Jewlers probably in all of north jersey and tri-state area, and ive been to jewelers from NJ to NY diamond district Also recently I called in to ask if they want to buy my fine silver bullion, they gave me a good fair quote right by melt value. Unfortunately life happened so I had to delay coming in. But the gentleman was extremely pleasant on the phone. No tactics or double talk. Gave me a great estimate on my nearly 5oz of 999 silver. And ill be headed in next week to sell to Pangea Thank U Pangea. I felt I needed to get on here and write a review so others know theres still honest and upstanding companies out there. Not everyone is out to get you like many other companies are. 5 ☆☆☆☆☆'s isnt enough to show how great you guys are.
