Nobody is there you have to call a number that nobody will answer and if you are lucky they answer but are rude when you are just wanting to do business with them. The owner is very unprofessional why would anyone want to buy or sell anything. I am going to say go to a different pawn shop. To the owner no I don't work at a pawn shop I seen your review and you say how mostly everyone that gave you a bad review is your rival but you make yourself look bad and your unprofessional so people give you 1 star. Didn’t even open the door. Waited for 6 minutes and rang twice. REPLY: So i was there at 9:30 and waited till 10 when your door says you open, and yet you have to eat at that time? Here's an idea, close your business and do something else because you obviously can't tell time well enough to conduct business in a timely fashion. SCAM !!! Very unprofessional !!! Very rude!! Tried to give me price over the phone without know the exact weight of gold i have. Went there numerous time (should’ve seen it as a sign) and nobody was there that’s so unprofessional how do you have a store but not an employee in it doesn’t make sense how do you have other “businesses” but your under staffed This place should be closed down very soon taking my complaints The federal Trade Commission.
